2. It’s the day after, the day after
November 4th is exactly 2 days after those one guys I didn’t vote for won control of the house. Each day after that awful day, is a day in which my heart heals..... Well at least until the actually take their seats. Then that wound may be reopened.
3. 3 weeks left until Chow Time
November 4th puts us 21 days closer to Thanksgiving
. 21 days left before people start dropping those Turkeys in the deep fryer
, cleaning those slick mustards, glazing the ham, slicing the yams, cheesing up the macaroni, snapping the green beans, buttering the rolls, opening up the cranberry sauce, mixing up the dressing, and baking the sweet potatoes. Yum Yum
. Who isn’t excited about that? Everyone knows that once November comes, mothers across the country start shortchanging dinners in preparation for the “Big Day”. So yes, being 21 days closer to getting the first ‘Real’ meal of NOVEMBER is very exciting.
