Free Candy

Halloween Time….

Many people have conflicting feelings about Halloween. Some opt out of participating in it because they believe it to be the Devils Holiday. They don’t dress in costume nor do they pass out/receive candy in protest. Others, like myself, view it as a children’s holiday. A day where they are celebrated and their creativity is rewarded. A day where they can knock on the door of a complete stranger (something that would otherwise be prohibited) and receive the gift of candy in exchange for lighting up the day of some unfamiliar adult standing behind the door of the house we never stop by. So on this Halloween day, let the kids enjoy themselves. Halloween is a day for the kids. They go out thinking about how much candy they can get, not the Devil.

Because denying kids free candy is definitely some Ssssh….You Just Don’t Do.

As I don’t have any children, every year I volunteer to take my little cousins trick or treating. Here are a couple images from our adventure yesterday. (no trick or treating on Sunday’s where I live).

Beyonce, Transformer, Fireman, Dinosaur

The Fireman got separated from the Pack.

Lets eat up the candy before Mommy comes and Pick us up
