Ssssh....You Just Don't DO: Look for a baby daddy instead of a husband.

So as I said in yesterday’s blog, you can find some Sssh….You Just Don’t Do in every situation. So today as I was visiting my local Best Buy, which conveniently happens to be one of my advertisers ; ) ---->, I overheard the very loud conversation of two young women. (Side Note: When you’re out in the streets talking loud, don’t get mad when everyone looks at you). Nevertheless, this blog is dedicated to the two chicks that were waiting in the checkout line in front of me. Their conversation consisted of one of the young ladies telling her friend how she told her man that she didn’t have time for games because she was looking for her baby daddy. Now imagine my confusion. When I talk with my friends about how we don’t have time for games it’s usually coupled with I’m looking for my husband…..praying to GOD not to become a baby mama.

So today’s Sssh….You Just Don’t Do is limit yourself to being a Baby Mama. It’s important that we set standards high for ourselves. Treat yourself as if you were a rarity. I mean think about it, there is only one YOU in the whole wide world. Your goods are exclusive, think of them in that way. Now this is in no way a put down to baby mamas around the world, my mother happens to be one, or to suggest that they are loose women. But when you are 17 years old talking to your BFF in Best Buy about how you told your man that you were looking for your baby daddy, you put me in a bad head space. Most Grown women that become Baby Mama’s will admit that they would preference bringing their child into a loving home where two parents committed to God, the child, and each other head the environment.

Again, lets make NO confusion of it. Their are thousands, maybe even millions of young women that become baby mamas by chance and not choice. This blog is in no way a slap in their face, for these women eventually become wives. However, this blog is in reference to young girls that want and seek the title of Baby Mama
So in short, young ladies many baby mamas will let you know that that’s not the way to go. Instead of looking for a baby daddy, let’s try looking for a husband to father your babies.

Shout Out to the chicks that became baby mama's while looking for their husbands....Good luck to you
