How about this as a slap in T.I’s face?

Earlier this morning, Lindsay Lohan learned she would NOT face any jail time for her violation of her probation order after testing positive for drugs during a random drug test back in September. Just last week our guy T.I learned that he’ll have to undergo an eleven month sentence for his probation violation after he was arrested under suspicion of drug possession. 

(Sounds pretty similar to me??????)

So while T.I is during hard time in prison for a similar violation, Lindsay will be spending New Years Eve sober….so maybe she did get the harsher punishment (lol) I imagine that’s cruel and unusual punishment for her.

During her hearing, the judge was quoted saying:

 "You are an addict and I hope you understand that," –reports OMG

Hopefully Lindsay spends her next few weeks in the Betty Ford center counting her blessings because when T.I told the judge he had a problem with drugs, they gave him eleven months. Maybe the judicial systems see’s a gleam of hope in Lindsay that they didn’t find in T.I. After all, T.I only created a show dedicated to reforming the lives of young men, talked a man off a building in downtown Atlanta, and created a foundation to aid in the development of a cure for Alzheimer’s…..Lindsay did that movie on Mean Girls.

SO here’s to you Judges who hear celebrity cases….Because sentencing one celebrity to 11 months in prison while sentencing another to 10 weeks is definitely so Ssssh….you just don’t do.
